This high-energy Pilates class blends strength, control, and flow for full-body movement that leaves you feeling strong, centred, and energised. Rooted in classic Pilates, with movements that target your core, boosting mobility, and building endurance. Suitable for all levels—with plenty of options to challenge or support you.

Gentle Flow is a gentler paced vinyasa yoga class that offers a creative, yet steady Flow class. you will have time to explore postures through mindful breathing while cultivating strength, flexibility and balance.

Your teacher will offer varying options throughout the class.

BARRE (Coming soon)

An energising Ballet-inspired class designed to increase strength and flexibility.

BArre includes elements of Yoga, Pilates, strength training, as well as stretching.

The class will often use props such as squishy balls, and bands. you’ll feel your whole body being used, especially your calves, quads, glutes & core!

This class is open to all abilities, no experience is necessary.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a style of yoga that involves holding poses for an extended time, usually for around 3-5 minutes per pose. it is a quiet, slow and meditative practice of mostly floor based and seated postures. Yin stimulates the body’s tissue and can help release physical and energetic blockages. Props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks are often used.

mum & BABY POSTNATAL YOGA course

OUR supportive 4-week Mum & Baby Nurture Course, specially designed for new mums and their little ones. Each week combines simple, restorative movement for mums.

You'll have the chance to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with your body—all while staying fully attuned to your baby’s needs. We’ll move through gentle poses and breathwork designed to ease back into movement following childbirth.

This is a no-pressure, no-judgement space. Come as you are. If some days you’d rather watch, rest, or simply enjoy a cuppa while cuddling your little one, that’s absolutely ok.
