Our classes are fairly small and spaces are precious, so if you’re on a membership or introductory unlimited offer, a missed booking often means someone else could miss out.

To keep things fair for everyone and to help cover lost costs to the studio, we have a £7 no-show/late cancel fee for these types of payments. If you’re booked using a drop in or class pack you will lose your credit in this instance. You can avoid this by cancelling at least 12 hours before class. Our teachers will go around and check you in at the start or end of class. 

We understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of your control, we will do our best to help if this is the case.
